The size of a plot of land varies from location to location and neighbourhood to neighbourhood or from high density, medium density and low density. In Nigeria the low density, plot size can span from 2000Sqm to 6000Sqm i.e Ikoyi, Ikeja GRA, Apapa GRA and environs,medium density can range from 900 to 1200Sqm per plot i.e Lekki , Magodo GRA, Ogudu.Low density will range between 450 Sqm to 700Sqm i.e Yaba, Agungi,Ajah and environs.
